FitLab 12 Week Weight Loss Class

FitLab Metabolic Services knows that sometimes losing weight seems like an uphill battle.  We’ve developed a program that is based on your body’s individual data, partners you with other people whose goals are the same as yours (losing weight and keeping it off), and increases your exercise intensity very incrementally so you begin to work harder and burn more calories, but don’t really feel it!  We’ve done our best to give you the maximum results but without the typical “misery factor” of beginning a new workout program.

In the class format, you don’t have to be afraid of falling behind or not being able to keep up because we have developed your program based on where your body tells us you should be working to burn the most calories directly from fat!  Every person in the class is working toward their individual goal and finds enjoyment in meeting others who want to get the benefits of exercise but aren’t overjoyed at the idea of going to the gym.  We’ve created this class with YOU in mind!
